I had this product four months and the buttons became difficult to push and stuck and the oven quit working.

I've had this toaster oven for almost two years now. We use it daily and it works great! I love using it to cook frozen biscuits for 2. It's so not worth it to wait on my oven to heat up. I think it cooks very evenly and thoroughly.

Started off ok, but after less than 2 years the oven isn't heating correctly. Food takes twice as long. Wouldn't buy this product again

I bought this based on good reviews in Consumer Reports and the Washington Post. It toasted ok, but when I tried to set it to 350 or 375 to bake, it never got above about 300 degrees. I sent it in for repair under warranty, and it came back with the same problem (even though they had it a month waiting for a part, so they could see there was a problem). I am not happy.

We have now had this unit for nearly 2 years.... no problems or issues as others have suggested. Auto off, timer and heating functions work perfectly.

Others must be spilling things on their units and abusing them to get the results they are claiming.

The convection heating function for broiling evenly heats frozen food quickly.

Unit also looks good and takes up minimal space.

I bought this item and then started reading reviews. I plugged it in and turned it on and it started making a really weird ticking noise. I called the manufacturer and asked if that was normal and they said no. While I had them on the phone I asked about the glass exploding because I had read other reviews about exploding glass. She informed me that they were aware that the glass can exploded and that this was none of their concern. She didn't seem to care!!! She explained that because the glass is tempered, if it got scratched, even the slightest smallest scratch, the glass could start to crack and then that would cause it to explode without any warning signs. We aren't talking small, we are talking large explosion with projectile fragments. Hello!!!! Someone could be killed or lose an eye or something. Trust me, this toaster is not worth it. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

I had this toaster oven for less than a year and it stopped working entirely...decided it's not worth trying to fix so now we're looking for a new one. Don't buy this product.

Thoroughly disappointed with this item. Does not work well at all. Tried to bake something, the oven never heated up to above 300 degrees after 45 minutes. Since baking something small was the intended use for this oven I returned the item to Target with no problems. would not reccommend this appliance.
